Account Registration and Maintenance

kh888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void any affected bets, to withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and to pursue any available legal remedies against the responsible individual.

9.1 Platform Commitment

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kh888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kh888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

11.3 Force Majeure

kh888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond kh888's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, or PAGCOR directives requiring Platform suspension.

Privacy and Data Protection

kh888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kh888 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Player financial data, including transaction records and account balances, is maintained per PAGCOR AML reporting requirements. kh888 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

14.1 Governing Law

14.2 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Amendments to These Terms
